I am Jill Hall Rose, principal attorney of Rose Law Offices. As a central Kentucky native who grew up in her family’s car dealer business and earned her law degree here in Lexington, I know about running a business and I know the justice systems in Fayette County and the surrounding region.

We practice primarily business law and personal bankruptcy, serving clients in Winchester, Richmond, Georgetown, Versailles, Nicholasville, Frankfort, Ashland and throughout the central and eastern Kentucky. Our clients include car dealerships, new businesses and established small companies, as well as major corporations such as Ferguson Enterprises and Southern States.

Business and Legal Experience
As president of the Don Hall GM SuperCenter in Ashland, a car dealership owned by my family for many years, I have intimate knowledge of the legal issues facing our commercial clients in owning and operating a business.

I have practiced law in Kentucky since 1987. I am a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, admitted to practice in the Eastern and Western District courts of Kentucky, as well as federal courts and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. I worked as an attorney for the Kentucky Supreme Court, and later served as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Kentucky.

Community Involvement
I was recently appointed by the Governor of Kentucky to the Board of Regents of Morehead State University. I am a past board member of Heritage Bank and Kentucky Ballet Theatre, and I am a Life Fellow of the Kentucky Bar Foundation.

Our Practice
Rose Law Offices represents Kentucky companies in all aspects of business law, including purchase, sale, acquisitions, commercial collections, litigation, business formation, contracts and creditor’s rights. We also represent the rights of debtors, namely Kentucky residents filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
